Core Health & Fitness will be releasing the NEW Pilates Reformer
Their patent pending design with exterior foot or hand operated spring bar allows for adjustment outside of the reformer bed. The Adjustment bar can be mounted on the left or right side of the reformer bed, based on your preference. The spring loaded bar allows for simplified adjustments with and without a load. The bar can also be operated by either the trainer or the user without having to bend over.
