Freemotion Genesis DS Lat Pulldown/High Row

Description

The GENESIS DS™ Lat Pulldown/High Row engages the arms, shoulders, back and stabilizer muscles to improve overall core strength and balance. The adjustable thigh pads roll for comfort and moves vertically to secure the lower body to focus on the back. Padded seat pivots out of the way to quickly transition to standing exercises. With the seat folded, the machine becomes wheelchair accessible.

Dual Stations
Training two body parts on the same machine saves valuable floor space. Users can quickly transition to different exercises for metabolic training.

Isolation to Integration
The seat features adjustable thigh pads to isolate the lower body. Users can simply fold the seat away to work out unsupported and integrate more muscle groups.

The swivel pulley design combined with the extensive cable travel allows users a wide, fluid range of motion.

Enclosed Weight Stacks
The weight stacks are enclosed to limit access to moving parts for safety.

Constructed with 11- and 7-gauge steel and electrostatically powder-coated, this machine is built to stand up to the rigors of the weight room.

Kick Plates
Large, 16-gauge, stainless steel kick plates protect the machine from wear and tear.
