Two easy to grab handles are strategically placed to make plate pickup and bar loading/unloading much easier. A center hub lined with metal makes for smooth loading and unloading. The thick rubber coating that encases the cast iron plate increases durability and longevity, diminishes plate chatter, and protects floors and equipment. These plates are prefect for in-home use, commercial settings, and school weight rooms.
