Upper Body training to the limits
Peg Boards have long been a staple training device in gymnastic settings due to the incredible upper body strength required to master them.
Only athletes with extremely strong relative body strength can tackle the Peg Board, as one is required to virtually do back to back one-armed chin-ups to scale the vertical wall.
The Peg Board can be mounted horizontally to create a bouldering wall which can lower the level of difficulty. Several can be mounted together in varying patterns to create a ninja like obstacle course that will challenge even the strongest gorilla!
