Returns
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, you first must request a pre authorization for the return RMA REQUEST ,  your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also include the original receipt or proof of purchase along with reasoning for the return.

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection, you will be notified on the status of your refund request. If your refund is approved, you will receive the credit back based on the original method of payment. For reasons other than a warranty issue that cannot be rectified or error on part of the supplier, items may have a 15% restocking fee applied.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs to returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
