Made to endure the toughest Muay Thai and MMA workouts, the pad consists of high-impact shock-absorbing multi-layer latex foam. It is covered in a genuine cowhide leather shell to withstand powerful kicks and provide protection. The heavy-duty grip handle and hook-and-loop closure with strap buckles make it easy for coaches and training partners to hold the pad and provide a safe target for fighters to strike.
