The Eleiko Dual Adjustable Pulley (DAP) is the ultimate compact machine for full-body resistance training. Precise craftsmanship and attention to detail deliver a smooth and delightful user experience, while the pulley system’s small weight increments and low starting weights allow for a broad range of exercises. With a 1:2 ratio, the DAP provides 45kg pulling resistance with a 90kg stack, which can be increased to 60kg with the optional 120 kg stack upgrade. Maintenance-free shafts and linear bushings reduce upkeep, while stainless steel in high-wear areas ensures long-lasting performance.

Knurled Handles Eleiko handles feature our signature waffle knurling for a secure, comfortable grip, and they are designed to deliver the best training experience. Crafted from knurled aluminium, the straight bar is lightweight and rotates smoothly for a more comfortable training experience.

Pulley Positioning The pulley system trolley can be placed from high to low in 50 mm increments to accommodate many users and exercises. The pulley swivels 270 degrees to support many movements and improve floor space utilization, and the generous 2.4 m cable travel supports a variety of training.

Handles and Storage Included

The Eleiko Dual Adjustable Pulley has two Cable Handles, an Eleiko Straight Bar and four Prestera Storage Hooks to support varied training and programming needs. Built-in storage keeps handles close at hand and spaces tidy and optimized for the lifter and facility. And, with a black powder-coated pull-up bar, you can incorporate upper body exercises into your routine.

Weight Range

The weight stack is 90 kg (198 lb), with a 1:2 resistance ratio delivering 45 kg (99 lb) of pulling resistance when using the entire weight stack. The weight markings (shown in kg and lb) indicate the pulling resistance to give lifters accurate information and easier tracking. Weight stacks can be upgraded to a 120 kg version for additional resistance. The weight stack starts at an accessible 3 kg / 6.6 lb pulling resistance to accommodate the broadest range of exercises and users. We support smaller 1.5 kg / 3.3 lb weight jumps with incremental weights to allow for appropriate increases for smaller muscle groups and accessory exercises.

Compatibility

The Eleiko DAP incorporates a pull-up bar and is compatible with elements in the Eleiko Prestera Strength System, such as the storage shelving, so facilities can modify units to include additional free weight storage helping make the most of their space. Storage shelving will require the 3085866-03 - Eleiko DAP Storage Shelf Adapter, Pair – Black for installation.
